Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging, including any accessories or free gifts, must be included.
- Final sale items, personalized or custom-printed tees, and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Log into your account on GraphicTeeKing.com and navigate to "My Orders." Select the order and items for return, then generate a return authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the items with the RA number clearly visible on the exterior. Include a copy of the original order invoice.
- Shipping: Returns must be shipped via a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
- Eligible returns receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping fees.
- Refunds appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- For defective or incorrect items, we provide prepaid return shipping and a full refund (including original shipping).
Exchanges
- We offer direct exchanges for size or color variations if the desired item is in stock.
- Follow the standard return process and indicate "Exchange" with details of the requested item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
International Returns
- International customers follow the same 30-day window but are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.
- Refunds exclude original international shipping fees.
