Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging, including any accessories or free gifts, must be included.
  • Final sale items, personalized or custom-printed tees, and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Log into your account on GraphicTeeKing.com and navigate to "My Orders." Select the order and items for return, then generate a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the items with the RA number clearly visible on the exterior. Include a copy of the original order invoice.
  3. Shipping: Returns must be shipped via a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Eligible returns receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping fees.
  • Refunds appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we provide prepaid return shipping and a full refund (including original shipping).

Exchanges

  • We offer direct exchanges for size or color variations if the desired item is in stock.
  • Follow the standard return process and indicate "Exchange" with details of the requested item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

International Returns

  • International customers follow the same 30-day window but are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.
  • Refunds exclude original international shipping fees.
